2. Products and Services

BM MALIGATOR sells custom-printed Belgian Malinois-themed apparel, including but not limited to T-shirts, hoodies, and other garments. All products are manufactured on demand through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and the nature of the printing process.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Orders and Fulfillment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Our products are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printify. Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled. Production typically takes 3-7 business days, after which the order is shipped to you. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by shipping destination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of BM MALIGATOR or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
