Thank you for shopping with BM MALIGATOR at bmmaligator.com. All of our products are custom printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printify. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping process, timelines, and policies.
1. Order Processing & Production
Because every BM MALIGATOR product is custom printed to order, there is a production period before your order ships. Here is what to expect:
- Production Time: 3-7 business days from the time your order is placed
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order
- Shipping Notification: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information
During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), production times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery
We ship to the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete and the order has shipped:

These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, and local postal services.
3. Shipping Carriers
Our fulfillment partner, Printify, selects the optimal carrier based on the product, destination, and shipping speed. Common carriers include:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- Royal Mail (UK)
- Other regional carriers as appropriate
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the items in your cart, and the selected shipping speed. Rates are determined by our fulfillment partner's carrier agreements. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@bmmaligator.com with your order number.
6. International Shipping â Customs & Duties
For international orders, please be aware of the following:
- Customs Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
- Customs Delays: International packages may be held for customs inspection, which can add to delivery time. We have no control over customs processing times.
- Customs Documentation: Our fulfillment partner includes all required customs documentation with international shipments.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order to understand any potential additional costs.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Address changes may be possible if requested within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting support@bmmaligator.com. Once production begins, the address cannot be changed.
8. Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may be produced by different print providers within the Printify network and shipped separately. In this case, you may receive multiple packages at different times. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and you will be notified via email as each package ships.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for more than 7 business days for domestic or 14 business days for international orders), please contact us at support@bmmaligator.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for instructions on how to file a claim.
10. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses within the United States via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard domestic shipping estimates.
11. Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are undeliverable due to refused delivery, unclaimed status, or an incorrect address will be returned to the fulfillment center. If a package is returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
12. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During holiday seasons and promotional events, carrier networks experience higher volumes, which may result in longer delivery times. We recommend placing holiday orders at least 3 weeks before the desired delivery date for domestic orders and 5 weeks for international orders.
