Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with BM MALIGATOR at bmmaligator.com. Because our products are custom printed on demand, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Custom Print-on-Demand Products
All BM MALIGATOR products are custom printed specifically for you at the time of your order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. Because each item is individually produced to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
2. Eligible Refund and Replacement Situations
We stand behind the quality of our products. You are eligible for a refund or free replacement if your order arrives with any of the following issues:
- Printing Defects: Misprints, faded prints, blurred or distorted images, incorrect design placement, or significantly wrong colors
- Damaged Items: Products damaged during production or shipping (torn, stained, holes, etc.)
- Wrong Item: You received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered
- Missing Items: Items listed in your order confirmation that were not included in your shipment
- Significant Quality Issues: Garment defects unrelated to the print (fabric tears, broken seams, defective stitching)
3. How to Submit a Claim
To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@bmmaligator.com
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Attach clear photographs showing the defect or damage. Photos must clearly show the problem area and the full product. For print issues, include a close-up and a full-garment photo.
Claims submitted without photographs or after the 30-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
4. Resolution Process
Once we receive your claim with supporting photographs:
- We will review your claim within 3-5 business days
- If approved, we will offer you the choice of a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item(s)
- Replacements will be produced and shipped at no additional cost to you
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval
You do not need to return the defective or damaged item to us. Please do not ship products back without prior authorization.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please refer to our size charts before ordering)
- Minor color variations between the product and your screen display (due to monitor calibration differences)
- Normal wear and tear after use and washing
- Damage caused by the customer after receipt (improper washing, ironing directly on the print, etc.)
- Issues reported after the 30-day claim window
- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Contact your local postal carrier or delivery service
- Allow 3 additional business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before actual arrival
If your package still has not arrived, contact us within 30 days at support@bmmaligator.com and we will investigate with the carrier. For packages lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
7. Order Cancellations
Because our products are printed on demand, orders enter production quickly. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing support@bmmaligator.com. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee they will be processed in time.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item and wish to receive a different size or color, please submit a claim (see Section 3). If approved, we will arrange a replacement in the correct size or color, subject to availability.
9. Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of your printed apparel, we recommend:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Use a gentle cycle
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the printed area
- Do not dry clean
Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions is not covered by this policy.
